Conference Registration and Payment Terms and Conditions 1. Registration Policy 1.1 All participants must complete the official registration process via the designated online platform or registration form. 1.2 Registration will only be confirmed once full payment is received. 1.3 Early bird registration deadlines must be strictly adhered to. Registration after the deadline will be subject to standard or late fees as published. 2. Payment Terms 2.1 All fees must be paid in full before the start of the conference. 2.2 Accepted payment methods include electronic funds transfer (EFT), credit/debit card, and any other methods listed on the registration portal. 2.3 All bank charges, currency conversion fees, or administrative fees are the responsibility of the registrant. 2.4 An invoice or proof of payment must be submitted for EFTs. 3. Cancellations and Refunds 3.1 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organisers. 3.2 Refunds will be processed as follows: • More than 2 weeks before the event: 100%refund • less than 2 weeks before the event: 50% refund • Less than 5 days before the event: No refund 3.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 days after the conference. 3.4 Substitutions (i.e., transfer of registration to another person) may be allowed upon written request. 4. Changes and Postponements 4.1 The organisers reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, or venue if required. 4.2 In the event of conference postponement, registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. 4.3 If the event is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided. 5. Liability 5.1 The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending the event. 5.2 Travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of each participant. 5.3 Attendees are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage, including travel and health. 6. Data Protection 6.1 Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the administration of the conference and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 6.2 By registering, participants consent to their data being used for communication regarding this and future events. 7. Code of Conduct 7.1 All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. 7.2 The organisers reserve the right to refuse access or remove participants who disrupt the event or violate the code of conduct. 8. Acceptance of Terms 8.1 By registering for the conference, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
